What if a spotter is unprofessional or damages something?
Every spotter signs an independent contractor agreement that covers conduct standards. Incidents go through Hold My Tee support, not your front desk. We handle refunds and bans ourselves.
Does this compete with our existing caddie program?
No. We're a ball-spotting service, not a traditional caddie program. If your pro shop coordinates caddies informally, we fill a different gap: walk-ins, weekdays, and last-minute bookings for golfers who want a spotter, not a bag carrier. We'd rather build around your existing arrangement than replace it.
Do you want to put a kiosk or hardware in our clubhouse?
No. Our presence is software. At most, a small flyer or QR card at the pro shop counter, only if you want it.
What if we want to stop?
Tell us. We remove your course from the app within 24 hours. No contract, no termination clause, no fee.
What's the catch?
